Are you passionate about payroll and are looking for a new challenge? Join our HR team in Gothenburg for a 6-month temporary position, as a Senior Payroll Expert.
You will be working operational within our payroll team where you’ll provide proactive and daily support to our organization, collaborating with our colleagues in HR to secure a correct payroll process. You will also be an important resource for payroll-related projects.
Some of your key responsibilities:
-Responsible for the payroll administration, processes, and systems together with the rest of the payroll team.
-Evaluate the payroll function and performance. Suggest improvements and drive implementation of changes.
-Develop plans and objectives and participate in cross-functional projects and business initiatives to improve the operational performance of the organization.

Who you are
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. As you’ll be responsible for the entirety of the payroll process, we believe you have previous experience working independently with payroll administration and feel confident in your role. You are also used to reading and understanding collective agreements.
You are a service-oriented, committed, and communicative person who enjoys working with people and numbers. You are structured and quality-conscious in your daily work, being able to prioritize in an effective way.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience working as a Senior Payroll Expert or equivalent.
-Relevant education in payroll or finance.
-Experience of overall coordinating of payroll processes
-Project experience
-System knowledge and high understanding of integrations and digital transformation.
