The role
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will support the organisation with strategic and operative advice and information on payroll matters, pension, payroll taxation and collective bargain agreement translation into HR and payroll systems. This is a broad role, and you will lead and support in driving the development of administrative HR and Payroll processes and digital platforms.
In this role you will for example:
Take responsibility in all activities involved in the end-to-end payroll processAdminister employment agreements and other documentation related to New Hires, Onboarding, Leaves and TerminationMaintaining current and correct HR Master Data in SuccessfactorAdminister time and absence in Promark and ensure current employee registrationSupport with administration of learning and development
Your profile
To be successful in this role we believe you have a long experience of payroll and have a good understanding of HR administration. You also have experience of working with blue-collar salaries and with several different collective agreements. You have a degree in payroll or equivalent experience, and very good computer skills and Microsoft Office, focusing on Excel.
As a person you are energetic, curious, and determined when needed. You like to cooperate with other people, to be a coach and mentor and to share your knowledge. You are proactive and like to take initiative and to work independently. You are a good problem solver, result oriented and very interested in delivering high quality service to the organization and to actively engage in continuous improvements.
