Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior PEGA Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Design the service framework for the retail credit assessment and decision-making process.
Align process steps and user roles with the target operating model to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), Pega Business Architects, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.
Develop detailed workflow stages that can be implemented using Pega, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Assist Pega Business Architects in translating design specifications into actionable Pega build items for development.

What you bring:
Proven experience as a Pega Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business processes in retail credit assessment.
Pega LBA certification, demonstrating expertise in Pega platform capabilities and methodologies.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
