Now we are looking for a Senior People Development Specialist to be able to take our People & Culture work to the next level. We are not interested in doing things as everyone else, instead we as a team want to deliver in the forefront of what “HR” can be in the 21st century, and with an employeeNPS of 78 we are off to a good start. Role responsibilities:
Work both strategically and operational to develop the way we work with people & culture at Mentimeter, which can mean for example onboarding, culture, core values, professional and personal development, performance, feedback, building resilience, mental health etc.
Supporting teams in their journey to become more high performing
Supporting leaders, both in their own development and also within areas as group development, coaching, conflict handling etc.
Process design and facilitation/execution of internal trainings, leadership programs, culture onboarding-off-sites etc.
Strategic, creative and operational work within HR in general.
We are a small but growing team which means that we help each other out with whatever the organisation and its people might need in the future.

Requirements:
6+ years of relevant work experience from a culture driven and fast growing organisation.
Theoretical knowledge within areas that makes people thrive, like for example motivation, engagement, psychological safety, behaviour science and neuroscience.
Experience within group development* and leadership development.
Experience within creating and/or delivering different kinds of learning experiences, trainings, workshops and programs.
Experience within coaching** and/or facilitation.
Project management skills
Pedagogic and communicative.
Fluent in English with good written and verbal communications skills. You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organisation, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 20 different nationalities!)
