As Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are the top choice of the majority of people living in a target region, and create an exceptional customer experience from discovery to engagement.
Some of the things you’ll do:
Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting, as well as best possible spend optimisation.
Reconcile company’s attribution model with platform specific data to hit company targets.
Running incrementality tests to understand impact of certain types of campaigns, spend, channels etc.
Monitoring the performance and continuously optimising the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests.
Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting
Allocate proper spending across all performance channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
Analysis and documentation of top performing copy on Google, Meta and other performance channels.
Your profile
To thrive in this role, you have a very good understanding of digital data analytics with a great ability of breaking complex problems into smaller ones. You think deeply about the numbers and draw grounded, data-driven conclusions, and you evaluate your work and work in iterations.
We believe you:
Have 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing with deep knowledge of paid social and/or SEM/PPC, in a high-growth startup environment (ideally on a leading E-com with significant budgets)
Write and understand SQL.
Have track record of running both Meta and Google.
Have documented experience in Mobile app attribution, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics.
Have in-depth knowledge of performance campaign execution
Have natural curiosity and hunger to make an impact
Are a clear communicator and capable of reporting and influencing stakeholders, using data and best practices that are likely to generalise.
