Do you want to drive User Acquisition for the fastest growing horse adventure games in the world?
With more than 21 million registered users and 180 countries, we are now looking for a Senior Performance UA Manager to grow Star Stable's new player base. In this role you will be responsible to build up a new team to manage all the paid performance user acquisition efforts for Star Stable Apps and desktop games. You will build a foundation for growth, make strategic decisions and manage UA budgets, and at the same time be very hands-on and perform data-driven channel allocation, run campaigns and measure marketing efficiency directly and with our media agencies. This role reports to our UA Director.
As a Senior Performance UA Manager at Star Stable you will:
Create the paid user acquisition strategy and growth roadmap for both short and long term for our games to meet growth objectives.
Build out the Performance Marketing team with the right skill-set to deliver in line with set targets, and also build a solid foundation that can be scaled to new markets and products.
Plan, run and optimize ROI-based advertising campaigns in multiple channels and platforms (Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Super Awesome, Unity, Kidoz, DSPs Etc.)
Prioritize and experiment with new mobile channels and markets.
Lead the budget management and channel selection strategy across all paid UA mobile media.
Work closely with internal and external creative and content teams on development of the right content and assets for different audiences and platforms.
Collaborate with CRM, BI, Legal, Web and Product marketing to improve unlock profitable growth.
Monitor, review and report on Paid mobile UA activity and results, with recommendations for improvements.
Determine the suite of tools, automation, and processes necessary for scale. Build and present business cases to evaluate the value.
Experiences and qualifications:
Substantial Performance Marketing experience, preferably with a consumer mobile App and ideally at a global level within an advertising agency or client-side environment.
2+ years of experience building and leading a growth team.
Experience building and optimizing campaigns in ad platforms, but not limited to Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snap Ads and DSP and familiarity with tools like Singular, Firebase, MobileAction Etc.
Experience of advanced attribution-models.
Strong analytical skills, including a firm understanding of mobile analytics and attribution technologies.
Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset: a go-getter - you don’t let things get in the way of achieving your goals: when you come across a roadblock you actively develop ways around it.
Communication - Able to influence and inspire through communication. Fluent in english.
Facilitator - Able to stand in perspective when needed and are able to pick up good ideas and input even when a lot is going on.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
