Delivering groceries in 10 minutes was up until recently unimaginable, but we believe that is how it should be, giving you what you want when you need it. By offering food of the highest quality from the producers you love, we transform the grocery industry through our own local stores, one at a time.
As a senior picker you will work in the store to maintain the daily processes.
Your sweet spot 💜
- Support pickers and riders to make sure processes are efficient.
- Help onboarding of new pickers and riders.
- Responsibility for the accuracy in both item-level as freshness of pick and packing the orders sent to our customers.
- Not scared to jump on a bike if the rider team needs it.
- You will pack & deliver orders to the customer.
- Inbound deliveries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar environments such as. Retail/Warehouse/Groceries .
- Hands-on mentality and detail oriented.
- A fast-paced environment does not detract from your quality of work.
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
