We’re looking for a Senior Planning Process Development Manager to join us at Mölnlycke.
In your role you will design and develop the end-to-end planning processes in close collaboration with our different part of the company such as commercial, finance, factory, logistics and SC functions. Crucial in this role is to act as speaking partner and SME in how to use and leverage our planning tool and establish best practice ways of working.
Initiate, drive and implement improvement activities within the end-to-end planning and S&OP related areas
As a Senior Planning Process Development Manager you have excellent stakeholders and senior management skills, who can translate potential pain points and needs into requirements on process and planning systems. You are customer centric with a strong commercial mindset. You can manage multiple top priorities at once and in an agile way. This role is perfect for you who likes to take initiative and can drive your own processes improvements.
The role will be based either in our Belgium (Waremme) office or in our HQ office in Gothenburg – we estimate up to 25% travel days will be required considering the global scope of the role.


Your responsibilities:
Gather input for the global end-to-end planning process and systems roadmap.


Establish standards
Prioritize and propose areas and sequence of improvements of E2E planning processes.
Drive global standardization & best practice sharing of planning processes including the development and monitoring of planning related KPIs.
Contribute to design and automation in Rapid Response.
Contribute to training modules and run training sessions.



Governance structure to manage standards
Together with service owners (IT) and other stakeholders govern E2E planning related improvement initiatives and Change requests.
Lead, support and advise projects and project managers in related planning process and system related areas.
Initiate and drive systematic problem solving when deviations from standards occur.



Challenge and improve standards
Initiate and lead improvement initiatives within different areas of the E2E planning processes.
Lead cross functional process mapping and development initiatives identifying areas of improvements (planning related but not necessary planning specific issues) that needs to be addressed to improve planning process performance.
Together with stakeholders conduct pre-studies on consequences of systems and tool changes to E2E planning processes

Qualifications and experience
University degree in supply chain management and/or business administration and/or industrial engineering or equivalent education
At least 5 years work experience related to planning (demand planning, supply planning, replenishment planning, inventory planning, master planning, production planning, material planning)
Experienced and skilled user of planning tools (SAP APO-module, and Rapid Response in particular) transactional tool (SAP ECC) and reporting tools (Cognos, MS Excel, Power BI)
Excellent level of both written and spoken English
Experience working in an international multicultural environment
Value stream improvement experience
Knowledge on SCOR
