Group Supply EMEA Europe Supply is responsible for fulfillment of all hardware and software deliveries to all customers through Market Area Middle East & Africa and Europe in EMEA. One important area for Supply is to develop and handle supply chain based on service level requirements and cost efficiency. We execute our responsibilities through a global organization.

Job Summary

We are now recruiting to the position of a Senior Product Portfolio Manager within Group Supply EMEA MELA Supply. In this position, you will report to the Head of MELA Supply and be a member of MELA Supply leadership team. This is one of the most importance areas to in our supply strategy and successful implementation and execution will be key for our deliveries ahead.

You will

MELA driver for portfolio optimization and adherence
Portfolio optimization when it comes to global vs local, drive improvements and clear strategy together with Sourcing and product management
Accountable to define SiPP (standard item product portfolio) per ESH (supply hub) in Europe. (SiPP is what we decide to keep on stock close to the market with a flexibility buffer).
Define and implement a clear governance structure in MELA (portfolio board) for portfolio decisions.
Review adherence and define actions with each CU on how to improve.
Phase out low runners and add on high runners.
Close collaboration with NMS organization (each CU) when defining the SiPP.
Close collaboration with MELA sales organization on adhering to agreed portfolio in RFQ stage.
Close collaboration with PA on new product introduction and possible availability in ESH.

Broad knowledge about Ericsson Customers, Products and Supply Chains is a key for success in this role, as well as good networking with other functional areas within Market Area and Business Area. You will lead operative tasks and drive strategy executions. You should be business minded, result oriented and have a strong interest in Supply Chain methods and tools.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

University degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics or equivalent working experience
Broad experiences in Supply related areas especially from Customer order to delivery at contractual defined destination
Project/Program/Line management experiences, preferably from Supply or Network/Service org
Basic understanding of Ericsson Sales and Service NRO process
Basic understanding of Ericsson Operational Model
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly developed skills in leadership, networking, communication and teambuilding
