We are looking for a passionate Senior Portfolio Manager to join us in the Digital Services Portfolio team. A person who loves driving challenging and impactful projects, wants to make an impact by identifying new business opportunities, influencing, supporting and driving portfolio strategic choices and that is comfortable of operating in an environment of new and fast-moving technologies and business shifts.
You will be responsible for driving and supporting critical initiatives interacting with senior executives at Ericsson and C-Level Customers, hence it is important that you have the, the experience in leading senior partners, are able to influence and have sophisticated communications skills.

As part of this role you will :
Contribute to the DGS portfolio strategy, for product and services
Lead and contribute to strategic global portfolio programs
Drive strategic transformation projects
Analyze and coordinate portfolio strategic choices across different Ericsson business lines and areas
Evaluate technology and business disruptions
Identify portfolio “white-spots” in strategic and adjacent areas
Drive portfolio rationalization and lifecycle management
Drive business decisions for products in early phases and across organizations
Strategically engage with with Customers for validation and external feedback

Qualifications and Experience
Experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management and/or Strategy,
Experience in Strategic Project and/or Program Management skills
Experience in Sales and/or R&D is a plus
Good balance of business understanding and technical competence
Digital Services domain competence (Products & Services)
Ability to drive strategic discussions and connect the own reality with business trends and disruptions
Drive strategic discussions with senior/executive stakeholders (sales, business areas, functional areas, etc) and customer C-level
Self-motivation and ability able to influence and persuade others
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey key messages and customer value
