Description
As Senior Pricing Analyst you will be a key player in the client central pricing team. Responsibilities of the team is to ensure pricing of products offered that optimizes business results against set targets. This is done through efficient monitoring of market dynamics, portfolio performance and deep dive analytics to discover enhancement opportunities.
Main responsibilities will be to deliver efficient monitoring to detect need of price changes. Prepare data driven recommendations with business cases aimed at improve pricing effectiveness. Draw findings to attention to relevant stakeholders.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- You need to have strong financial expertise with a clear insight in a banks P&L dynamic as well as a strong expertise in quantitative analytics.
- You should have expertise in developing, implementing and running data driven strategies on advanced models in a retail context.
- You have excellent SAS/SQL skills
Preferred competence and experience:
- Preferably expertise from a retail lending business.
- Preferably experience from R/Python.
Preferred personal qualities:
- As a person do you need to be self-motivated, driven and have a strong ability to find solutions not to get stuck when there are limited guidance.
- You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills to develop successful collaboration with stakeholders within and outside of the team.
- You have strong communication skills and are able to find ways of communicate complex messages in a clear, understandable and transparent way both in Swedish and English.
