In this role you will get the chance to collaborate cross country and cross product line. You will be a part of a Team consisting senior experts and young upcoming talents.

The job location can be both Ludvika or Västerås.
Your responsibilities
Drive, and Develop Technology Strategy
Be part of Developing and Maintaining the Strategic RoadMap.
Review and Update Traditional and Emerging Technology
Drive Competence and Infrastructure Assessment
Work closely together with Marketing and Sales teams as well as with Global Product Management on a strategic level
Work according to a Design to Value Approach in all aspects
Be an important contributor to Quality Issue Resolutions
Develop the R&D Processes and be responsible for Tool’s deployment

Your background
This role demands a high seniority level within High Voltage Instrument Transformers with 15+ years of experience
You have a background within Electrical Engineering with a Master’s degree from university
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Managing a cross cultural and cross functional team
Willingness to international travel (up to 30% traveling)
