Senior/ Principal Researcher

We currently seek candidates for the opened positions of Senior/ Principal Researchers. The positions involve research and development of new conceptual solutions applicable in the physical layers of the next generation wireless standards. Depending of candidate?s interests and abilities, the positions may also involve participation in the related standardization bodies. The opened positions are in an independent research group, characterized by internationally recognized expertise and innovation capabilities. Qualifications and experience We are looking for the candidates with a minimum of 4 years experience and proven results in the research of radio transmission, radio access and signal processing technologies. The detailed knowledge of LTE cellular standard is highly desirable. Particularly attractive is the expertise in any of the following technical areas: MIMO, CoMP, HetNet, Cognitive Radio, Channel/Source Coding, etc. A PhD degree in the areas of communications, information theory or signal processing is highly desirable. Skills requirements We are a global company and the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently. Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
