The H&M Head Office is based in Stockholm, Sweden, where we design and develop our fashion collections for a wide variety of customers. Our Menswear department are now looking for Senior Fashion Print/Graphic Designers for 1 permanent position and 1 full time temporary position!
Job Description
Are you a creative, passionate and professional menswear Senior Fashion Print/Graphic Designer who would love to work at the H&M Head Office? Then this could be something for you!
As a Senior Fashion Print/Graphic Designer you will be responsible for driving, developing and creating, commercial fashion trend led print collections. There is a strong focus on all over prints, placement graphics, and checks. The product groups are mainly jersey but also woven products.
You will contribute with identifying updated fashion print trends for our target customer with your fresh ideas, energy, creativity and fully global perspective, as our products are sold in all H&M markets omni channel.
You collaborate with other teams and functions in the organization and bring your wide and extensive experience from working on many projects and ability to handle various stake holders simultaneously. They are Designers, Pattern Makers, Planners, Product Managers, Product Developers and Business Controllers.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 4- 5 years Fashion Textile/Print and/or Graphic Designer work experience
• Experience of creating fashion garment placement prints as well as all over/repeat prints & checks
• Competence in creating typography/graphic text fashion prints & license
• Knowledge of different print techniques, general print technicalities and processes
• Knowledgeable in textiles and materials
• First-hand experience from production/global print suppliers
• Excellent illustration and drawing skills
• Genuine and high-level fashion forward sense for global fashion and print trends
• Strong eye for colors and garment-print connection
• Solid and fast skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Strong communication skills and flexible approach
• An experienced leader who thrives as a team player and brings diverse and global perspectives
• You are used to a fast-paced ever-changing work environment working in an organized, structured manner working on many different projects simultaneously
• 3D CLO work experience is meriting
• Fluent in English (Swedish is not necessary)
