We are currently recruiting for a Senior Process Application Specialist to partner with Medical and Economic Affairs.
This role can be based close to our European hubs in Milton Keynes (UK), Düsseldorf (Germany), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland) or at our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We are also open to applicants close to our Norcross office in Georgia (USA).

In this role, you will be partnering with the Medical & Economic Affairs function to drive IT development and enhancements of Mölnlycke’s clinical data management systems, e.g. Clinical Record system, Clinical Study Record system and Health Care Providers Engagement system. You will join a team of experienced colleagues with a mission to enable continuous data driven product development with innovation and speed in delivering to the market. The applications in the existing Medical & Economic Affairs portfolio consists of a mixture of mature and new solutions for our users, and it is your task to identify the most optimized solution going forward.
We believe you have a background where you are able to combine technical skills with business process understanding to reach tangible results.
Since you will be working closely with different business colleagues, we would like to see that you are a relationship building IT professional who has experience working with global stakeholders. You subsequently have experience from successfully bridging between business and IT to build trust-based relationships and open communication. All of this whilst effectively aligning interests and take constructive action to navigate difficulties or impediments. We would like to see that you have prior experience of driving agile IT projects and achieving tangible business results, documenting customer and user needs into tangible and visualised process maps.
Furthermore, we see it as beneficial if you have experience from clinical trial processes and associated IT systems (e.g. Clinical Record system, Clinical Study Record system, Health Care Providers Engagement system). We see it as meritorious if you have general knowledge and experience of working with regulatory requirements in a highly regulated industry (life science preferred) such as computerized system validation.

Additional qualifications for this role:
Proficient with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Teams etc.. )
Experience managing external suppliers and IT vendors
Strong interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
