QuNano AB is a venture-backed, development-stage nanotechnology company focused on development and commercialization of next generation quantum nanoscale semiconductor materials and devices for the electronics, optoelectronics and sensor markets based on its proprietary heterostructured nanowire epitaxial growth and process technologies.Lars Samuelson, specializing in semiconductor epitaxial layer growth controlled down to the atomic level and nanometer size patterning techniques.QuNano AB is situated at Ideon Science Park in Lund, Sweden.www.qunano.se Job description: As Senior Development Engineer you will be responsible for definitions of the device fabrication process of the optoelectronic devices based on a novel technique made possible by QuNano's proprietary technology.Together with the design team you will define the device design compatible with scaleble manufacturing processes of InGaN-based optoelectronic devices.You will define, qualify and release the process steps either in house or with outside foundry and will maintain process stability, quality and yield.You are expected to work in a close collaboration with the material growers and you will be one of the key persons in the development group.Requirements: M.Sc.or PhD in electrical engineering, material science, physics, chemistry or equivalent.A minimum of 5 years experience with compound semiconductor processing and recent hands-on experience with fabricating GaN based devices. It is prefered that you have experience with MOCVD growth of nitrides.Expertise in all aspects of compound semiconductor fabrication process such as potolithography, sputtering, e-beam deposition.RIE and ICP dry etching, PECVD and chemical processes.You probably have a backround in optics and photonics.You have good communication skills, you are process oriented and you are fluent, bouth oraly and written, in English.Application: Adecco IT & Engineering is responible for this recruitment.Although no later than Dec 10th 2007.
