Senior Process Manager in Supply Chain

This includes the responsibility to create a global Alfa Laval template for our supply chain processes via the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O.

About the role
As a Senior Process Manager within supply chain, your main task will be to identify and create best in class global supply chain processes and implement these in our global ERP template. You will be part of a highly motivated team of Process Managers delivering value via the SAFe (Scaled Agile) delivery framework, working closely together with other Process Managers, Functional Leads and the Line organizations.
In the role you:
Develop, document and implement processes to improve performance and establish a global process template within Alfa Laval
Govern implemented Standard Processes together with the Global Process Owner
Drive deployment of new/improved processes on live sites
Conduct training of users of the process or standard
Follow-up the implementation to ensure "fit for purpose" and validate that business objectives were met
Manage (evaluate, analyze, decide) change requests to the process or standard
Drive implementation of new/improved processes on the already live sites Lead Proof of Concepts for new processes or standards

About you
To take on this role you need to have several years’ experience from working with supply chain processes like order handling, purchasing, supply chain planning, production execution or similar. You have gained a solid understanding of how an ERP system and its surrounding systems supports the supply chain processes and performance and improving such processes. It’s meritorious if you have experiences of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O, AX2012, Power BI, Lean Six Sigma and/or have project management experience.
