The position is full time and location is Sundbyberg/Stockholm.

Specific functional competencies
• Extensive knowledge and experience in buying Finished goods. An experience in the respective category and/or in the food industry is a real plus.
• Strong track record in strategic sourcing, market analysis, sourcing strategy, RFx, negotiation, contracting, supplier relationship management.
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
• Results driven (doer) and practical thinking
• Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Education
YH or higher education is to prefer. If you are a procure specialist is a plus but not a demand. As well as knowledge in SAP.

Tasks and other responsibilities
• Plan & Lead the procurement operation activites
• Oversees and manages procurement transactions along the source-to-contract process to assure effective, efficient, and timely delivery of procurement services management (maintenance of info record, contract creation, changes, adjustments and credit control)
• Acts herewith as the Superuser for SAP, coaches all procurement functions on SAP and its functionalities
• Design and develop all source-to-contract processes in line with the overall company IT-strategy, i.e. project PHI
• Manage and prepare the necessary PGP templates for the leadbuyers to fill in and also the align result with other functions in need of the result.
• Plan and lead the monthly procurement report activites i.e. PPV and FX Report and Sievo categorisation
• Manage the price diff invoices directly with the supplier
• Analyses existing process and systems for further potential of standardization, digitalization and automation and develops sound recommendations
• Supplier relation and complaint management for respective category
• Drive action plans and projects through with an agile approach and focus
• on implementation
• Development and updating of work instructions and process descriptions for the NE procurement department

• Procurement reports delivered on time with no unclarities
• Complaint mitigation turnaround time
• Supplier Relationship Management
