Avalanche Studios Group and its division Avalanche Studios are looking for a Senior Producer to join a top-tier project on an exciting new AAA title. Avalanche Studios is the division dedicated to ambitious externally published, AAA open-world games like Just Cause, Mad Max, and Rage 2.
The Position
We are looking for a motivated and driven Senior Producer that is ready to maintain a focus on the coming Milestone deliveries. Taking inputs from the Executive Producers, Game Director, and team of project Directors, you will create a Milestone scope and deliveries list which will be communicated to the larger production team. Together with the Producers and leads you will organize the project teams, create strike teams as needed, and plan and execute strategies & processes to ensure the timely high quality delivery of the nearest Milestones. You will work closely with the Directors and guide the Producers and Leads to understand the current scope and available team capacity, and maximize the effectiveness of the various teams and maintain a challenging, but doable prioritised backlog of features and content for the Milestone duration.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with leadership to create and communicate Milestone scope, deliveries, and project vision.
Organize teams, establish strike teams, and execute strategies for timely, high-quality Milestone deliveries.
Guide Producers and Leads, ensuring understanding of project scope and maximizing team effectiveness.
Maintain a prioritized backlog of features and content for Milestone duration.
Who you are:
Game industry experience, having shipped at least one AAA game.
Strong conflict resolution, self-reflection, and professional negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of game development cycles, challenges, and strong scope management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience contributing to a project roadmap within a 0-6 month timeframe.
Passion for translating creative vision into prioritized deliverables.
Adaptive thinking and ability to adjust to changing plans.
Demonstrated ability to showcase work internally and externally through various means.
Strong drive for self-organization, detail focus, and creating structure within creative challenges.
Passion for playing and making Open World Action games.
Experience with budgets, staffing plans, and project administration.
