Senior Product Designer

Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
As an experienced Sr. Product Designer, you will lead a front-end based UX team, establishing workflows and standards, collaborating with backend development team and business stakeholders to define the Product requirements and to understand user needs.
Creates UI workflows Wireframes, Design Systems and Prototypes using the latest tools such as Invision and AdobeXD. Designs visually engaging, flexible and scalable web apps for web or mobile devices. Executes UX/UI designs in concert with multidisciplinary back and front-end team. Creates mockups and executes pixel perfect, hand coded modern HTML Javascript and CSS. Understands and utilizes responsive design techniques to effectively engage a rapidly growing mobile audience. Is a key stakeholder in information architecture design. Ensures designs are relevant to a global user base (localization, RTL, etc.). Has strong traditional graphic design skills. Collaborates with product managers, revenue board and support teams to ensure the design meets both business needs and customer expectations. Develops SPAs with the latest web technologies such as React.js, Redux, CSS Modules, Post CSS, CSS3, HTML5, Jest,, Webpack, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Creates engaging user experiences and user experience frameworks in alignment with business strategies and the value proposition.
o Executes product design utilizing relevant UX methodologies and front-end technologies.
o Leads a distributed team of front-end developers to develop Web site layouts, graphics and interactivity.
o Tests for compliance to specified standards such as accessibility and quality standards.
o Designs brand building materials including logos and marketing collateral.
o Collaborates with Development team and business stakeholders to define the product requirements and to understand user needs.

Skills and Experience:
o In-depth knowledge of design disciplines, User research, Information architects, Content strategy, sketching, creating user flows and wireframes, Prototyping, Mocking up, High fidelity Visual Design, Responsive Web Design.
o Significant experience in UX/UI/Visual Design and Development for Web, scaling SPAs and mobile apps
o Demonstrated high level success in improving business KPIs and overall business revenue
o Significant ability to analyze complex UI workflows and provide data-driven solutions to stakeholders
o Considerable experience in leading a team of front-end developers
o High level ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams: Marketing, Customer Support etc.
o Previous experience with BI, using Google Analytics, New Relic, FullStory, Google Data Studio.
o Previous experience in developing light, forward-thinking, responsive and scalable React UI components using latest frontend tech, such as Modular CSS, SASS, React.js, Redux, ES6.
o Experience in design and development for RTL languages.
