Senior Product Information Lead
Uppsala, Sweden
How will you make an impact?
In this role as an activity lead you would plan, coordinate and drive the timely delivery of product information to market. You would oversee the different projects related to product information and coordinate and collaborate cross functionally. As a dynamic and target focused Senior product information lead you would develop processes, be responsible of value stream mapping and manage the KPIs. We are looking for an individual with LEAN, project management and regulatory environment experience.
Regulations and new compliance requirements for product information content are evolving on a global level, creating new challenges for us. You will be a member of the Product Information team, which produces user manuals, directions for use, labels and box prints to ensure that Thermo Fisher Scientific’s in-vitro diagnostic tests are used safely and effectively.
What will you do?
Plan and secure project deliverables and product care activities within the Product Information team. All activities are managed in close collaboration with the team and other functions in the organization.
Represent the Product Information team in product development, maintenance and compliance projects and activities.
Identify, assess and implement process improvements using lean tools to advance work processes and overall efficiency.
Support CAPA, non-compliance, complaint and risk management activities related to function.
Plan, monitor and report progress on activities and KPIs
Support monitoring and implementation of global labeling requirements
How will you get there?
You have solid experience of managing project deliverables in an environment governed by regulatory requirements e.g. ISO13485 or QSR. Experience from working with Lean and/or agile project management is advantageous
Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
MSc degree in engineering, natural sciences or related field or comparable experience
Have a strong drive to achieve goals together with others
Have good leadership skills
Are an active and effective communicator across functions
Find it easy to collaborate and build relationships
Solve problems and deliver results with a holistic perspective
Work independently and structured with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time
Experience from working in the life science field with product development, regulatory affairs and/or quality assurance is advantageous.
