Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager:
Manages the Hybrid Solutions of Tbricks system product throughout the product lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing requirements, contributing to the product vision and working closely with development to deliver winning solutions
Establishes professional and trusted relationships with existing and potential clients to identify and create viable functional and commercial solutions that meet business requirements and drive revenue growth at Itiviti
Works with Product Strategy, Sales, Professional Services to document the vision and the scope for enhancements as well as the roadmap for development of Hybrid Solutions for Tbricks system
Provides continuous input and feedback into the institutional strategy and product roadmap based on experience, client interaction and market analysis
Acts as a mentor to less experienced staff, sharing knowledge and experience to enhance their understanding

Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, gtest, gmock, google benchmark, Forecast, Smartsheet, PowerPoint



Experience
Understanding of financial markets and workflows
Understanding of Order Management Systems
Willing and able to ask probing questions to identify the underlying issue
Knowledge of a broad range of business processes throughout the transaction processing life-cycle.
Flexible ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to work on any aspect of a project to ensure its success.
Able to take disparate data and define a problem statement – can deal with ambiguity in a situation and move it to clarity and definition
Excellent written communication skills. Writes clearly and concisely, able to structure and present concepts well, can deliver written work that requires only cursory review/sign off.
Proven ability to overcome obstacles
Former experience in software developer’s role is a great plus
Excellent presentation skills. Able to communicate to a non-specialist audience/business specialist audience linking concepts across boundaries and articulating high level examples across varying domains
Fluent English is a must
