Who are we looking for?
We’re looking to hire an experienced Product Manager who is both resourceful and a flexible team player. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, setting their own goals and direction, and naturally takes initiative by suggesting improvements. You have a strong attention to detail while also keeping an eye on the big picture. You’re capable of leading your own work, planning effectively, and being a reliable partner for various stakeholders.
What you will be doing?
• Performing regular customer research to understand their needs and pain points and bring that back to the team.
• Identifying and validating customer problems to be solved, end-user requirements, value drivers, etc
• Exploring ways to deliver value for Cloudmore and its customers, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
• Executing and “owning” projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Developing a deep understanding and knowledge of the Cloudmore product and customer use cases.
• Writing functional and non-functional user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate with engineering on delivery.
• Identifying key metrics that let you measure the value of what you are delivering to the market.
• Championing the customer experience
What we're looking for:
• 4+ experience as a Product Manager in a B2B, SaaS environment
• Technical knowledge to gain the respect of your Engineering counterparts
• Understanding of APIs and the ability to use them
• Understanding the type of data you need to make decisions. Knowing how to query data with SQL is a plus
• Strong belief in being evidence-led in your decision-making
• Great communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English
• Being able to create mock-ups and wireframes
