Senior Product Manager

Our growing scooter club is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product & Design team. If you would like to be a part of scaling up one of Sweden’s hottest startup, this is the position for you. As a Senior Product Manager you will own the responsibility for the integrated multi-modality experience of Voi vehicles with related product strategy, roadmap and implementation with a strong user focus.
As we are expanding into new markets in Europe, we need more experienced people to help us build a world class product. As a Senior Product Manager you will be a part of the Product & Design Team in Voi and is reporting to directly to VP Product. The Team is an integral part of the technical organization to support in defining the ultimate products and user experience for the e-sharing industry. You will also work very close with stakeholders in different countries.






THE POSITION
Define and own the Multi-Modal product strategy
Own the responsibility of negotiating and securing supply of vehicles together Group Management
Own the roadmap and epics for each product.
Drive related squads - platform, IOT, Core Experience - to provide a smooth magic ride experience independent of vehicle
Be an integral part of the related squad, driving priorities and clarifying user stories and epics. May lead a cross-functional unit representing the product.
Collaborate with stakeholders, high and low, from different teams, such as Commercial, Marketing, Field Operations, Finance, etc.
Participate in user research, market research and market analysis.





QUALIFICATIONS


Min 5 years of Product Management experience
At least 2 years of either business management or development experiences
Proven experience working with partners to drive success
Proven Project/Programme Management experience in a scale-up environment
Fluency in English
Proven experience from working with in a squad/team taking a product to the market
