Senior Product Manager - Mobile App

Since our start in 2017 we have provided smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people - where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one vision: to improve the world’s financial health.

So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. That is why we are currently searching for a Senior product manager for mobile app!

What you will be doing
As Senior Product Manager at Anyfin you will be joining a diverse and fast-paced startup environment with co-workers who are helpful, humble and dedicated to creating amazing products together with the rest of our teams. Any company could write that, sure… But we can back it up with actual behaviour and processes, which is something few companies can boast with.

You will be responsible for the app product and supervise all projects within this area. You will own the overall app roadmap and define the strategy for products that customers really need to be in charge/control of their finances. We are looking for someone who takes initiative and have great focus on product strategy, management and delivery. Additionally you'll be:
- Supervise our product teams in our app product area. Making sure that your team have what they need to create great (read amazing) products.
- Stay close to our business and technology and get to know our customers to understand what drives them, who they are and what they need.
- Work hand in hand with our Head of Design and Head of Product to define the app strategy and operation.
- Own the roadmap and strategy for the app products and define it together with your team and product managers.

Who you are
As you can probably tell at this point we are looking for someone extraordinary. When we call your references they will likely tell us about your ability to inspire and motivate those around you in a way that creates clarity and direction. They will also be able to exemplify the impact that you’ve had, driving multiple teams towards a common goal in an effective manner. In short, they will tell us how lucky we are to get the opportunity to work with you.
As for the experience part of this job ad, we would like to see evidence of the following when we review your application:
- 5+ years experience as a product manager with specialization in leading teams for mobile apps development.
-Experience delivering a product from end-to-end.
- Experience of user research, product roadmapping and agile software development
- Education or experience that provides you with a strong business, commercial and technology understanding.
Bonus but not a must: Experience working in financial services.
