The Opportunity
You will work for Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line and be a part of Digital Commerce product management team. Product teams within Worldline work cross functionally across various internal teams – responsible for end-to-end delivery of product. These teams are experts in respective domains and embody Worldline values. Product managers are expected to merchant facing – presenting vision, collecting feedback and representing Worldline.

Signs of success
As part of the Digital Commerce product management team, we are looking for a Sr./Product Manager to build and strengthen orchestration capabilities within the group. The whole team including product, sales and operations works as a start-up unit within our Sweden office – focusing on merchants needs and to derive solutions at speed.
You will be a seasoned product manager and preferably have experience in payments and/or orchestration strategy. You have experience in DevOps model and will be integral part of the team acting as a pivot among business, operations and technology. You can work independently with minimal supervision.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Define the roadmap and orchestration product strategy while collaborating with merchants, and internal stakeholders
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to go-live including business case validation, budget, technical feasibility, piloting, documentation and operational trainings
Analyse the competition and use data driven decisions to define orchestration strategy and execute in a timely manner
Deliver best in class operational readiness while respecting time to market
Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure product delivery


Skills we can’t do without
As our new Product Manager we need you to have most of the following skills and competences:
Have in-depth knowledge of the payments value-chain and preferably some experience orchestration
Experience in leading fast-paced, technically focused products teams, and delivering against ambitious roadmaps
A team player that combines both strategic and operational tasks in a highly dynamic organization
You have strong analytical skills: Understands customer/market needs to translate into associated functionalities that can be easily implemented
Ability to make data driven decision and prioritize accordingly – impact of compliance, technical debt and operational challenges on product roadmap
Demonstrate critical skills – communication, learnability, drive and business acumen
Ability work independently with minimal supervision
