Senior Product Manager/Senior Product Planning

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager/Senior Product Planning Expert. Job responsibilities: * Participate in developing division strategies and the annual operation plan to ensure product competitiveness and business success; * Responsible for planning and management of new products and new versions; * Develop the product/solution roadmap for the next 3-5 years; * Analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs and modify the product roadmap accordingly. Ensure that the roadmap addresses the complete customer need. Conduct market research and customer surveys on products * Initiate product development/improvement/customization base on market need * Competitor's technology analysis and product benchmarking * Product marketing strategy considering market trends, customer and competitor moves * Product requirement management (input for customer requirements, generates new product concepts, draft development plan and ensure delivery on time) * Technical Sales support to Service Sales and Bid manager (Tenders, Customer meetings, customer queries, generation of the SoC to customer spec) * Creation of Value Proposition/arguments for offerings and products Ensure that the product solution is compliant with local specifications by draft spec review and discussion with customer Preferred Qualification: * General knowledge of telecom field, deep understanding of telecom industry, and market operating rules. * 5 years or more experience in well-known telecom company technical marketing operation. Experience in making great product strategies and pre-research plans. * Excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skills. * Excellent research, communication, lecture and document design skills. * Quick perception in knowledge of new fields. * Skilled in Wireline/Wireless Core network especially in PS Core network; * Skilled in IMS-Core such as CSCF,HSS,MGCF,MRFP,BGCF,IM-SSF, IMS PES; * Skilled in HLR part; * Knowledge of BP/AP (Business Plan/Application Plan) * Market Understanding customer business and organization process and how to contribute to customer's success * Technology knowledge to evaluate business opportunities Education requirement: * Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics. * Over 8 years direct telecommunications and carrier network experience with a proven track record in an international telecom equipment company. * Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (engineering, marketing, researching, standardization). * Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking. * Must welcome challenges. * Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in both English and local language. Chinese is a benefit. Work plave: Stockholm, Sweden. International travel will be required.
