We are searching for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to take lead on launching new Thinkful programs and initiatives. In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the adult education landscape in order to help us identify the right set of opportunities, then develop and execute the go-to-market strategy necessary to successfully launch these initiatives.
As part of an agile team you’ll work alongside marketing, admissions, instructional design, and other key stakeholders. You’ll conduct intensive market research, develop personas, test positioning, and define the marketing and sales strategies for new programs and initiatives. With an analytical approach and a deep understanding of the market, you will deftly connect our programs to customer needs. You’ll also perform continued full-funnel analysis of our programs to drive long-term growth. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion & vision for education, exhibit excellent analytical skills, be a strong communicator, strategic, and thrive in ambiguous environments to drive impact across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify target personas, positioning, and appropriate channels to drive success
- Work with marketing, sales, and brand to define & execute go-to-market strategies
- Perform continued analysis of new programs to ensure long-term growth
- Drive effective collaboration and maintain focus across several teams
Requirements
- Proven track record in product marketing or similar
- Excellent analytical skills: able to rigorously source, analyze, and interpret data
- Excellent collaboration skills, especially with senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working in fast-paced environment
