To be successful you should have proven experience in product management either as a Senior Product Manager/Owner or a Lead Product Manager/Owner. In this role you have a minimum of 5 years leadership experience in best-practice digital product development as well as experience managing Product Owners/Managers. You have demonstrable experience in setting a clear vision for your area, working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up, proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data. We believe you have strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders and a true team player with strong collaboration skills. Furthermore, you should have strong business acumen and strategic/commercial mind-set and we also see that you have knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms. As a person you enjoy working at a high pace with many international stakeholders, taking key decisions as a true leader that will protect our users and result in an outstanding impact for IKEA.
You have knowledge in following areas:
Extensive knowledge of handling customer data, privacy, data ethics, and providing data as a service to other teams
Being comfortable leading, coaching, and empowering Product Owners/Managers in your team by setting a clear direction and an environment of trust and mutual respect
Extensive knowledge of product discovery techniques, like customer development programs, persona development and qualitative/quantitative user research methodology
Knowledge of the technology landscape in eCommerce and customer data
Well versed in stakeholder management and exerting influence without authority
Proven track record of having effectively created and owned product vision, product strategy and roadmaps
Extensive experience with agile development practices, particularly owning and running specific agile events such as backlog refinement and sprint reviews
Extensive experience in developing/writing user stories
Bring in a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs

On a day-to-day basis you will be instrumental for us to deliver on that promise, evolving and maintaining the backbone that ensures customer data quality as well as an ethics-driven handling of that data. This will in turn enable other teams in the company to solve more of the problems our customers encounter in their life at home. You will define the vision and strategy to support several product teams within the Customer Data domain. By working with your team as well as cross functionally with engineers, designers & specialists you will provide a convenient and delightful experience for our customers. By testing and explorations, you will constantly identify opportunities to grow and deliver value to our customers & IKEA.
As Senior Product Owner you will also manage, coach & mentor product owners and specialists within the same product domain.
As a Senior Product Owner with IKEA’s Customer space you will:
Develop end to end global product vision and strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders for products within the Customer Data space
Deliver business outcomes (growth & engagement) by experimenting and continuous development of products and making trade-off decisions as needed.
Actively manage KPIs and how to measure success, including prioritizing based on business goals
Be a subject matter expert for product teams, providing insight, context and additional information as needed to help understanding of what is required.
Engaging with your UX and Analytics counterparts regarding resources and functional expertise required in the agile teams.
In this role you will report to a Group Product Manager/Director within our Customer Engagement domain.
This role is based in Malmo, Sweden or Amsterdam, Netherlands
