Senior Product Owner - Malmö

On behalf of our client, we're looking for an experienced product owner for a short assignment in Malmö. The full-time assignment begins on August 16th 2021 and ends on January 31st 2022 with an option to extend. No extensive travel foreseen in this role.   

Background:
Our client is on a journey to become a partner to the many people also in the context of B2B. As part of this journey, the Business Customer Web product provides frontend capabilities for the clients' business customers. This entails functionality such as profile management, transaction history, manage and invite colleagues, trigger functionality for care and service messaging, rewards display and claiming functionality etc. The functionality is framed in the shape of a profile app. The product is still in the early stages when it comes to maturity and has a strong focus on enabling new markets and building new functionality in the shape of POCs etc. Currently the BCW product is live in 15 of the clients' markets and there is an ambitious roll out schedule for the second half of 2021. This means that the PO will have extensive interactions with the new markets, the other products involved in delivering the full business customer scope and a vast array of stakeholders in the global organisation.

Required knowledge:
• Product experience
• Frontend experience
• Change management

Desired knowledge:
• Experience of driving the product agenda towards stakeholders
• Ability to navigate a complex technical landscape and manage dependencies
• Capable of formulating a product vision and transforming this to a product strategy
• Preferable if the person has experience from frontend product for profile management or similar
• Understanding of building digital products in a cloud context (GCP preferable)
• Understanding of the concept of micro services
• Helping the product team translating problem statements into functional product features
• Experience from A/B testing or other approaches to testing new functionality
