As a Product Quality Leader you will hold a strategic and important role belonging to the department Product Quality– Gothenburg. We are a part of the Global Quality & Customer Satisfaction organization.
Main Responsibilities
The mission for a PQL is to be part of the team managing the improvement of quality on our products and services. In this team, you will investigate quality issues, prioritize them, and secure that appropriate corrective actions are taken. You will be working with chassis and/or cab customer issues, both HW and SW related.
Search, detect and quantify customer quality issues using analytic tools and techniques
Perform pre-investigation of field quality issues
Initiate, coordinate and prioritize quality actions
Ensure communication on product quality and customer satisfaction both internally and externally
Request external campaign based on the technical description
Identify potential safety-related issues
Predict quality levels
Qualifications
Master degree in the technical area, data analytics, or equivalent experience
High knowledge in data analytics, logged vehicle data, and fault codes
High knowledge in problems solving tools and methods
Good knowledge about aftermarket and quality processes
Good knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle development
Excellent communication, presentation, data visualization, and storytelling skills
Excellent English skills
Personal Profile
For success in this role, you have work experience in a relevant field for minimum 5 years and a proven record in communication and presentation skills. You enjoy working in a cross-functional and international environment. You have a deep technical interest and are willing to learn more about our products and their application.
You will be part of a result-oriented team of highly motivated colleagues that wants to make a difference for the end customer and achieves this by promptly addressing and resolving customer issues, often in direct contact with dealers and end customers.
