Senior Product Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist.
Assignment Description
First phase of modernising the area is to add an experiences Product Specialist with deep business analytical skills. The Product Specialist evaluates business processes, identifies needs, and develops strategies to maximize opportunities. The Product Specialist may work with business, digital and local IT departments. And interact with business and digital stakeholders, suppliers and various subject experts. Scope includes:
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Defining business processes, information models and requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
Collecting and analysing data for potential business expansion for digital support
Identifying specific business opportunities
Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes
Testing business processes and recommending improvements


Desired knowledge, experience, competence & skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Superior presentation and negotiation skills
Proven management and organisational skills
Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
In-depth understanding of organisational data flow and its use in management decision-making
At least Five years of business analysis experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field
Excel and presentation skills.

Real Estate background is not required but good to have.
