We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist – Upgrades, who will work with the Global Upgrades Team within Services Product & Portfolio Management.
The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to driving the business forward across all food categories, helping to ensure the strategic objectives are met. You will provide support and inspiration to our cluster and market colleagues and work closely with development teams ensuring the timely delivery of new innovations.
You will have the opportunity to work in an energetic and inspiring team, focusing on delivering effective customers solutions, in constant alignment with Clusters and Market companies and central functions.
In this role you will actively contribute to Tetra Pak´s 2030 Strategy achievement.
The new Senior Product Specialist – Upgrades will be focussed on our liquid food portfolio and will report to the Global Upgrades Industry Specialist’s Team Leader.
What you will do
Participate in the service/product development need process for the liquid food upgrades portfolio. Provide relevant commercial and business inputs to the product roadmap.
Participate in product lifecycle management by gathering and prioritizing product and market requirements and analyse the business performance.
Participate in the product deployment in close collaboration with the cluster portfolio organisation. Agree on targets and priorities through the cluster business plan.
Lead in providing continuous support for clusters / MC’s regarding commercial aspects and transactional sales (where relevant) and deployment.
Participate in the definition of clear commercial guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements etc, in accordance with services product portfolio guidelines.
Participate in monitoring and analysis of the delivery success and quality of the service products.
Participate in tracking of business intelligence, industry trends and technology roadmaps to secure a competitive service offering.
Participate in securing a good customer understanding and translate the customer voice into the product value proposition.
Be the lead in securing that promotion and sales material is in place.
Participate in product development project core teams, representing Product Management and providing relevant commercial and business inputs for product development.
Participate in establishing and monitoring product key performance measures.

This position will be located preferably in Lund - Sweden. We will also consider other European locations.
You will work in a global arena with approximatively 15% travel.
Who you are
You have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Engineering. Additional education degrees (Master, Digital courses etc.) are a plus.
You have 5 years or more experience in Product Management/Sales/Business Development/Portfolio Mgmt. within liquid food industry.
Relevant technical experience and financial acumen, enabling a thorough understanding of the business.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, you have strong communication and collaboration skills, being able to influence others.
