Together with Cloetta we are looking for a Senior Product Technologist with specialization in chocolate products. The position is located at the department for Value Engineering in Ljungsbro. You will be part of an international team of 21 colleagues in Value Engineering, where 4 of these are placed in Ljungsbro. This is truly a special opportunity at a unique workplace!

The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work, but you will be employed by Cloetta.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a technologist at Value Engineering, you will work closely with the central purchasing function, engineering and with the production organization in Ljungsbro.
You will have responsibility for working with the chocolate technology platform in various areas as:


* Cost out projects: lead or support local or international and/or complex projects and realizing business improvements.
* Operations Support: participating in projects for reallocations, in/outsourcing and matching projects according scope. Support the factory in troubleshooting, Kobetsu Kaizen, Capex, etc.
* Product: Work with Product and Process design and optimization, Product sensory validation, process validation and advise on process settings for the factory. As well as Product and Process Specs (related projects) and supporting Best Practices development and implementation.
* Technology: Identify and Support New Technologies via the Technology Platforms, to improve current processes and bring these into Value Engineering, Operations & NPD projects. To stay in close contact with universities, external partners, insight- and patents teams.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* You must have at least a three-year college or university degree, preferably in the food science area, chemical engineering or industrial chemistry.


* Preferably minimum 7 years of experience in product and / or process development.
* Experience in the chocolate or confectionery industry is an advantage.
* You need to be able to communicate in speech and writing in Swedish and English since Cloetta works in an international environment.
* You also need to have a passion for chocolate and to develop and implement projects.
