Senior Production Director

Position summary


You actively partner with your Production team leaders to deliver impactful features to our players.
You own the Production Roadmap, Production Plans and quality of delivery for your teams; revising the Roadmap and Plans in partnership with your Production Team leaders if and when needed. You are responsible for keeping Head of Production aware of the status of your Production Teams.
You work closely with various partner groups and departments to identify needs, utilizing resources efficiently and appropriately.
You create clear goals for each production team which are both inspiring and measurable and ensure these are carried through to completion.
You share the accountability for achieving the Production business goals, driving revenue, shareholder value, plus employee engagement and retention.
You focus on Near-term improvements, internal improvements in Production teams and leading the Production team leaders.
You are a key member of the Production Leadership Team that helps define and challenge key decisions.
You report to and take direction from Head of Production, Candy

Accountability


● Manage overall Production delivery capability and capacity
● Establish and refine processes that strengthen production and delivery
● Drive and support initiatives that enable happy, healthy and productive teams
● Advise on Production organization and team set up
● Support and work with the Production crafts to help clarify roles and expectations
