Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Production Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Plan and supervise production teams to meet forecast and delivery targets
Develop and implement instructions, procedures, and routines in QMS/ERP systems
Foster collaboration between departments to address quality variances and production disturbances
Create, update, and maintain manufacturing orders, settings, and processes in the ERP system
Establish and lead forums for cross-departmental information exchange

What you bring:
Previous experience in assembly/production, ideally within electronics or mechatronics
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team supervision and coordination
Experience managing manufacturing orders and working with ERP systems
Fluency in both Swedish and English
