What you will be doing:
* Accountable for driving day to day delivery activities across our business, technical and testing teams across the 3 distinct areas of Customer, Migration and ADS
* Working within Nordea methodology across the full delivery lifecycle from analysis, design, build, test and deploy to ensure outcomes are met – including readiness for scheduled release dates
* Driving the look ahead work and ensuring up front activities are enabled to progress 3 releases in parallel
* Facilitation of weekly operational meetings – driving discussion and decisions
* Engagement with key stakeholders inside and outside of CBP and driving dependencies, risks and issues with these teams
* Preparation of fortnightly status reporting of the block for the CBP leadership team
* Key deliverables include delivery roadmap, work breakdown structure in JIRA, program risks and other communication material as needed
* Coaching and mentoring the team leads
* Communicate and influence at all levels of the organization and communicate complex topics and recommendations in a clear and understandable way for a wide variety of stakeholders (English).
* Build effective relationships with other team members and stakeholders across the organization
* Adapt and respond to change and work effectively to resolve ambiguity
* Backup for Head of Delivery, where appropriate

We have around 50 very talented professionals working in our Migration, Customers and ADS teams. Our team is responsible for example testing, software development, and internal customer support for certain core areas. Team is international as we are located in Poland, Sweden, Denmark, and India.

Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have leadership experience and know how to both set direction & challenge the status quo for the greater good of Nordea
* Good intercultural communication skills
* Have 10+ years of related work experience in large-scale transformation programs in the areas of Core Banking or Financial Services industry
* or have 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles within IT
* Have 5+ years’ experience with Core Banking software such as Temenos or SAP
* Beneficial: 5+ years of experience with Data Migration

* Able to work with architects, product managers, product owners, technology and test leads as well as leadership executives
