What you’ll bring
We are a human-centric business that recognizes the value in human relations. At Volvo Cars, we never start with technology and try to squeeze people in around it – we always design our cars around people. That’s us. But how about you? We hope you’re a strategic, a doer, a leader, and a self-motivator. What’s important is that you share our ideals and enthusiasm for transformation – and that you’re comfortable being you.
In the role of Senior Program Manager, we are looking for someone who is a collaborator, good communicative and interpersonal skills, able to converse at a senior management level and other. You must have experience from working in the capacity of a servant leader and coach for large teams, but also building effective virtual teams. Your ability to manage risks and dependencies across different teams and to visualize a consolidated roadmap is great. You are excited about digital technology and but also the skillset of Program Management and how it can enable us to reach our mission requirements.
