Senior Programme Lead

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Lead large and complex programs in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
Collaborate with the Program Sponsor to align business cases and cost-benefit analyses with organizational objectives.
Communicate status updates, issues, and risk dispositions to all stakeholders, including senior management, promptly.
Escalate program risks to the Program Owner when necessary.
Monitor vendor performance and take corrective actions if needed.
Inspire and influence internal stakeholders, experts, and other resources not under direct control to remove obstacles and achieve objectives.
Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-portfolio dependencies within/across portfolios.
Play a leading role in Group Cards and Payments transformation journey.
Initiate continuous improvements and drive change.
What isneeded in this role: A university degree in finance or engineering.
10+ years of experience managing complex programs throughout their entire lifecycle – from inception to closure.
A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal relationships with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate your program team.
Experience in agile team management; SAFe certification is an advantage.
A transparent and positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
