Senior Programmer - Crusader kings 3

Do you want to make a big difference at a small studio? Paradox is on an ambitious journey to explore and expand on Grand Strategy Games, a genre we invented and want to take to new heights. To do this, we are looking for a Senior Programmer at Paradox Thalassic to help make sure Crusader Kings III lives up to its vast potential.
As a senior programmer at Thalassic you will play a huge part in owning the complex game systems that make Crusader Kings III unique. This is of course done in close collaboration with the rest of the CK team to make sure that we keep making fun content for our fans. Your team will be small and autonomous where each member has a big impact on the content we release. In other words, at Paradox Thalassic, you will play a big part in a small studio building a grand game.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain well-engineered C++ code with high levels of stability and performance.
Design, own and implement game systems and features
Collaborate daily with, and estimate tasks for other programmers, designers and artists.
Guiding less experienced programmers



Required Qualifications
Excellent understanding of modern C/C++ (C++11/14).
Strong sense of independence and an ability to take long-term ownership of your features.
Comfortable communicating with English, both written and spoken.
