Job Description

We are looking for an experienced production development oriented person for the group staff Production. You will be a representative in the global Production Board organization and drive progress within Lean, safety, continuous improvements, production methods and processes as well as working with global production projects and support our factories in different areas.

You will provide direction and leadership in the area of continuous improvements by being part of developing and implementing the Lean based Systemair Production Model at our 26 factories.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:


• Implementation of the Systemair Production Model (LEAN)
• Provide training for production teams within the organization
• Coordinate and support health and safety activities
• Coach and challenge factories regarding production structure, priorities, methods and tools
• Conduct Systemair production model training, lead/support workshops and events
• Coordinate and lead specific projects within the whole production area
• Manage follow-up of multiple projects in different factories


Qualifications and Experience

You are an internationally experienced manager with minimum Bachelor’s degree and ten years of Manufacturing experience. Furthermore, you should have hands-on and strong experience in production management with Lean implementation. High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics flows, quality processes, health and safety, production methods and processes is required. Experience of assembly and automation is advantageous. Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to teach, coach and persuade in English is required.

The position requires an outgoing personality with excellent collaboration skills as well as ability to work independently. An eager to work with Lean production is a key for success in this position. Strong customers focus and good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to network and create trusting relationships.
