Are you an expert at executing set plans within deadline and are looking to expand your project management skills in a multinational company? Then the role as Senior Project Coordinator at Unilever might be for you! This is a consultancy opportunity through MultiMind, lasting until the end of 2021 with the possibility for an extension. To apply to this role, you need to be located somewhere in the Nordics. You will start off working digitally, but when offices open up you need to be able to travel to the local office.   About the role In relation to a current transformation project, this role will focus on executing plans that are already defined. You will help with structuring, keeping track of and drive the change forward as well as identifying where the team potentially doesn’t have an overview. In this role, you will have very close contact with the global PMO team in addition to the project owner.

You will ensure that processes and project management tools are in place and continuously report the status of the project.

Your profile

To fit in this role, we believe you are very keen on driving changes. You are structured and able to quickly understand plans and transform information into action and changes. You’re a good communicator and can easily connect with relevant stakeholders.

Furthermore, you are/have the following:

You have a few years experience in a similar role and have proven project management and change management skills
You have experience with Agile project management methodologies. It’s a plus if you have any Agile certification
You have a degree within project management or similar relevant degree
You’re fluent in English, written and spoken
