Job Description
As Project Lead in this role you will be responsible for interacting with our internal and external customers in the context of Firmware Over The Air updates for automotive applications.
You will find yourself exposed to challenges needing creativity, structure, and leadership skills to solve. You will be responsible for the overall planning, budget and capacity planning ensuring that the content matches the technical roadmap as well as the expected time plan of the customers. In the responsibility of the role is also to ensure that the work products are matching standard, norms and quality criteria as given by Bosch and international regulations.
As our development teams are working according to agile principles solid knowledge and experience in agile principles are expected. Deadlines, forecasts, and other classical project artifacts/skills are expected to be managed in this role and combined with our agile setup.
You will be in direct customer contact and report to senior management stakeholders why excellent communication skills will be needed to manage this role.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced project leader, who have documented experience from leading software projects for embedded systems in the automotive domain. We expect all candidates to hold a PMP certification and have practical experience from working in a large scaled agile setup such as SAFe.
Needless to say - a passion for teamwork and technology are close at heart and something you demonstrate in your daily work. You should have a background within software development and experience from automated testing would be of extra merit.
We expect you to be self-sufficient and structured. You thrive in a changing environment and have constructive strategies to handle uncertainties and volatility. Good communication skills are essential.
Good skills in English is mandatory while Swedish and German would be a bonus.
