Tetra Pak Dairy & Beverage Systems AB has three independent Food Categories: Dairy, Beverage and Prepared Food. Each food category has the responsibility to produce a competitive product portfolio, including services, and to manage our products throughout their life cycle to support value based business.

As Senior Project Leader you will have responsibility for the overall governing of our order projects from order intake until the project is completely delivered and taken over by the customer.

In this position you will be the link between the Market Company and our internal functions, and you are thereby a key player in the implementation of our orders. You will be responsible for the execution of our order projects based on the agreed price, time and quality. You will have several order projects to manage simultaneously in different stages and sizes.


Main responsibilities

-Act as interface between the Business Unit and our Market Companies worldwide.
-Based on the contract, manage scope resources, time, price, quality and risk.
-Identify and take corrective actions on problems that may affect the schedule, quality, cost or function of the intended project result.
-Follow up order performance and drive corrective actions.
-Lead technical discussions with Market Companies during the technical clarification and implementation phase.
-Be a driving force towards proactive solutions for the product/line solutions.


Qualifications

To be successful in this position you are experienced in the field of project management combined with a well developed technical understanding. You are a driven and committed person who likes to be the driving force and take an overall responsibility. Since this is a role with a lot of collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, you get motivation from leading others and creating a collaborative and structured environment.

Experience from similar positions from engineering or marketing is seen as valuable. A solid financial understanding is meriting in this role.

Excellent communication skills and a high proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are essential.
