Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Leader to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Define project requirements, scope, and timelines, identifying critical paths and milestones.
Coordinate and motivate a cross-functional team consisting of internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as necessary to meet evolving project requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for project updates and changes.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance to key stakeholders and the Steering Committee.
Establish and track key success metrics, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement project controls and risk management procedures to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
Analyze data, benchmark processes, and recommend improvements to optimize existing workflows and enhance process efficiency.
Support training initiatives and prepare training materials to facilitate successful project deployment and adoption.

What you bring:
Over 5 years of project management experience in product development or lifecycle management.
Proven expertise in consulting, process improvement, or working within software vendor companies, focusing on execution, planning, and development processes.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve project goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in conducting effective project meetings, workshops, and conferences, both live and online.
Deep understanding of business process mapping and business requirement analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex internal processes and propose effective solutions.
Comprehensive knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Demonstrated technical understanding of project management tools and their integration with enterprise-level systems such as PLM.
Experience with project execution tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Miro).
A master’s degree in engineering, computer science, project management, business management, or a related field.
PMP certification is a plus.
English proficiency is sufficient for this assignment.
