In your role it is required that you have personal qualities such as drive and commitment. The customer expects that you have the ability to search for the information needed to solve the task yourself. The position presupposes many cross-functional contacts which is why it is important to be able to take your own initiatives to build a network and create good relationships.

We are looking for you who have a great interest in both leadership and technology development. We want you who are educational and communicative - and passionate about sharing your knowledge and developing others. You have the ability to have an overall perspective when required, but you can also focus on details. You see solutions where others see problems and have a genuine interest in the customer's unique situation and share your thoughts with your colleagues.

We believe you match several of the following:

• Master or Bachelor of Science in Engineering with knowledge in product development
• At least 7 years of experience in running/managing projects
• Experience in specifying technical requirements, conditions and verification needs
• Good ability to structure the work and handle several tasks in parallel
• Knows and can communicate in Swedish and English both in speech and writing
• Good ability to collaborate as the role involves contacts with different functions, departments and suppliers
• B driving licence
