The focus on innovation and growth lead to multiple projects with significant size that will affect the organization’s growth and product portfolio throughout the years to come. The outlined growth path of the company relies to a large extent on the successful delivery of large scale projects that affect all Nordic countries and beyond. To support, manage and lead this initiative, we implemented a Nordic Project Office in January 2016 and are now looking for skilled and pro-active employees.

The role is a permanent role and will be located in Stockholm. Regular travel might occur.

Arbetsuppgifter

The project manager will directly support the group-wide coordination of large scale projects and lead various projects. The project manager will be responsible for the implementation and adaption of project management guidelines, teaching of project management tools, further development of share point and support successful project delivery throughout the Nordics.

The Project Manager will support the Head of Project Office within the following areas:

• Group-wide coordination of large scale projects in the Nordics project portfolio
• Leading various large scale projects actively
• Create, structure and implement guidelines, frameworks and processes in project management across the Nordics
• Set guidelines and create templates for project documentation
• Develop training material and instructions
• Teaching and training of project management skills
• Create communication material
• Responsible for the project share point
• Plan, prepare, coordinate and administer workshops
• Leading the reporting around projects to assure visibility for the group management

The Project Manager is part of the Project Office Nordics team and reports to the Head of Project Office Nordics.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

• Proven track-record of leading multi-national projects, preferably in finance and IT-environment
• Certification in Project Management (IPMA, Prince 2, PMI or other)
• Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, Mathematics or other relevant subjects
• >5 years in experience in project coordination and project management
• Excellent oral and written skills in English
• High adaptability to encompass fast moving industry needs and willingness to travel in Scandinavia
• Strong communication skills and high social competence
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge in project management software a must
• Structured and goal-oriented personality
• Sound understanding of relationship between level to detail and practicability

Other relevant experiences: Financial sector experience, German, Swedish.
