Senior Project Leader – Total Rewards – Temporary assignment
Epiroc now takes the next step within Total Reward and accelerating the digital transformation in HR. The company has taken the decision to move towards running certain compensation processes supported by a global HR system.
We are now looking for an experienced project leader within the area of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards that can lead the project from the planning phase to the execution.
The assignment is expected to last 12-18 months starting as soon as possible.


Your main tasks and responsibilities:
The project leader’s first task will be to make sure the scope is clearly defined and plan for the project long term (incl deliverables) based on the long-term strategy. This will especially include the planning for how the company can have an implementation in a phased approach, and to prioritize the sequences it can be implemented in.  There will be pilot countries who could be testing the new landscape at the same as the “future state” is under development. This will require the project to be lead with an innovative and agile mindset to gather good insights on what is feasible and appropriate in this type of implementation.  The main responsibilities will be:
* Plan for the project
* Run the project according to the agreed time plan with a high level of quality within the budget
* Make sure the right resources are involved in the different steps of the project
* Actively contribute to the work in the different project deliverables. The area will depend on where the project leader has its experience/ competence in.
* Make sure training and communication around implementation is done in a timely manner in close cooperation with entities involved
* Ensuring that end users are “ready” for the new processes and ways of working
* The project will be in close cooperation with the entities involved and there will be an active steering group. The project leader will be in close interaction with the relevant stakeholders in the Group.



Your Profile
We are looking for a highly experienced candidate with a proven track record in global project leadership and expertise in the HR field, specifically in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards, including job evaluation and career frameworks. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with HRIS software, preferably SuccessFactors, and a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Computer Science. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for this role as well as fluency in English.

In terms of personal characteristics, we value individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and adeptness in managing information and collaboration with both internal and external partners.


Location
Preferred location is either Stockholm or Örebro, although internal applicants from other Epiroc locations will also be considered.
