Senior Project Management Coach

Vacancies: 1 Employment: Consultant Work Place: Shenzhen/Stockholm Responsibilities: 1) Work on BU level, work as a coach to give detail guidance to set up the project management system as a whole, including the project management organization and process, the culture of project management, and the evaluation method of project management maturity. 2) Work as a project coach to provide guidance and support to the project managers, to improve the project performance and efficiency. 3) Supporting the PSG/OSG, work as a senior expert, to give professional suggestions to the projects. 4) Build and improve BU/DU/PDU level Operational Excellence model. 5) Working on BU/DU level with change management and efficiency programs, implement and improve the organization structure, role responsibility, process, tools, metrics, performance, etc. Qualifications Required: 1) Bachelor Degree or above, Telecommunication or equivalent. Minimum 12 years experience in Telecommunication or relevant areas (research, development, project management, operation.); 2) Skilled knowledge of the organization's business processes and policies. 3) Extensive project management experience and skills, knows clearly how to setup a project management system and the corresponding culture, experienced in evaluation of the maturity of project management, very solid knowledge of PMP, ISO9000/TL9000, CMM, etc.. 4) Expert of Operational Excellence methodology and operation model; Excellent development process management skills 5) Expert of improvement theories, performance analysis, process mapping and process improvement tools and techniques, and relevant methodologies, such as 6Sigma, SPC, FMEA, etc.. Additional skills required: Willingly to travel abroad for a period of time (one to two months).
