Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Lead and manage an R&D project within the automotive sector, coordinating with stakeholders in South America to ensure project alignment and progress
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and delivery timelines to meet technical requirements and milestones
Collaborate closely with teams on embedded systems development, encompassing both software and hardware components
Provide effective communication and coordination across global teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals
Identify and address potential project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project stability
Utilize strong leadership skills to inspire and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven project environment

What you bring:
Proven experience as a technical project manager with a strong track record of successfully managing R&D projects
In-depth knowledge of embedded systems, including both software and hardware development
Ability to work independently and manage complex, technical projects with minimal oversight
Fluency in Spanish and English, enabling clear communication with stakeholders in South America
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively guide diverse teams
Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in heavy trucks and buses, is a plus
